At Balti House, we understand that customers have a number of expectations about the quality and content of the food they buy and eat. That's why we have ensured that our Balti House range is not only delicious, but also nutritious, wholesome, and all ingredients fully traceable.
A complete food safety management system incorporating HACCP principals is in operation at all times.

- Our products are monitored throughout the production cycle to its delivery point to ensure that all safety procedures have been followed through.
- A comprehensive traceability program is in place to ensure that all raw ingredients used in our products are fully traceable to its original source.
At Balti House we keep in close contact with the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) and the EU Food regulatory bodies to keep fully up to date with food safety regulations.
