The Balti House Range of Authentic Indian Sauces: Balti Sauce, Tikka Masala Sauce, Korma Sauce and Jalfrezi Sauces, are made using high quality herbs and a distinctive balance of hand ground spices cooked according to traditional Punjabi recipes.

The Balti House range of sauces gives you the consumer the opportunity to create their own personalised authentic meals through adding your own choice of ingredients e.g. vegetables, beef, lamb, prawns or chicken. See our recipe page for more ideas!
